We are looking for hard-working, dynamic, and passionate individuals to join Community Boost’s growing sales team! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, has a competitive spirit with a knack for goal-setting, is eager to crush a career in sales, and is most importantly passionate about making a difference in the world by helping nonprofits scale their impact.

Sales Development Representatives have the opportunity to talk to hundreds of nonprofit organizations and are focused on fostering relationships through effective conversations with nonprofits about their marketing strategies, challenges, and growth plans. Successful SDR’s have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated to exceed monthly goals and KPIs. SDR’s are measured by their ability to generate qualified client leads through quality conversations, as well as, execute powerful handoffs to our Account Executives. This role is structured with a strong potential for growth to become a Senior SDR or an Account Executive depending on performance.

  • – You have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • – You are local to San Diego, CA. This is not a remote position.
