About the Role:

Community Boost is looking to welcome a highly motivated, Associate Digital Specialist to the Client Service team. Associate Digital Specialists work alongside Community Boost’s consultants (the client account managers) in order to build, launch and optimize paid ads campaigns within their specialized digital marketing ads platform for our nonprofit clients.

This role is perfect for those who don’t want to be client facing but still want to practice outrageous customer satisfaction by creating high quality, on-time deliverables with powerful ad copy.

To be a strong Digital Specialist, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit, have incredible communication skills and be extremely process oriented. Candidates must also have strong written and creative skills. Digital Specialists are on track to be platform-specific leaders, with the intention to seize Area of Practice Manager opportunities at Community Boost. 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Work within the Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads platforms to consistently hit and surpass client pacing metrics and digital marketing goals (to start).
  • Lead productive client kickoffs, meetings and roadmaps and ensuring that the clients are informed, up-to-date and confident with their digital campaigns and strategies.
  • Effectively prioritize your work day, crush deadlines, and produce great deliverables while managing multiple accounts.
  • Execute in a timely fashion while always implementing Community Boost’s best practices on the digital marketing front for clients, focusing primarily on Paid Google Ads and occasionally, the Google Ad Grant.
  • Bring a systems mindset every day to solve problems permanently for the Community Boost team.

What You Bring

About the role: The Director of Marketing is the leader of Community Boost’s marketing team and is responsible for developing and executing on marketing strategies for Community Boost’s ecosystem of services to nonprofits across the nation. This person will work cross-functionally with the Sales team and the Client Service team in order to strategically build long-term brand value and to generate leads for the company. This person will also be responsible for managing Community Boost’s Events Manager who will be leading the charge on two Nonprofit Marketing Summits in 2022. As well as, the Director of Marketing will be leading the charge on Community Boost’s e-Education offerings.

The ideal person for this role has experience leading a marketing team, understands the intersection between digital marketing and nonprofits, and will work to understand the Community Boost brand and how to effectively and strategically market our services within that. This person understands the importance of consistent branding, value-based marketing, and at the root of it, is passionate about helping nonprofits make an even bigger impact than they are currently.

This role will report directly to the CEO, while managing four direct reports that work directly on the marketing team.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead the entire marketing team and strategy

Work cross-functionally with the inbound sales team to understand the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives on the quality of leads and prospective new business inquiries

Develop new partner relationships and build on existing ones

Support the planning of both Nonprofit Marketing Summits each year, and work closely with the Events Manager on the execution of it

What You Bring

4+ years of experience managing a marketing team in a fast-paced environment, agency experience preferred

The Opportunity At A Glance

Community Boost is looking for an experienced VP of Operations, or VPO, to lead the strategy and ensure high quality execution as we look to scale, automate and drive operational excellence. Community Boost’s VPO will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency and profitability of the business as Community Boost continues to grow its impact and team. The VPO is a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting only to the CEO.

This role requires a high energy, organized, self-motivated, resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to stay ahead of the curve, juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, build collaboration between cross-functional teams and leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Motivate, mentor and manage the Dir of Client Service, Dir of Traffic & Conversion, Dir of Finance and Dir of Team Happiness
