Community Boost is looking to welcome a highly motivated, Associate Digital Specialist to the Client Service team. Associate Digital Specialists work alongside Community Boost’s consultants (the client account managers) in order to build, launch and optimize paid ads campaigns on Google for our nonprofit partners.

This role is perfect for those who don’t want to be client facing but still want to practice outrageous customer satisfaction by creating high quality, on-time deliverables with powerful ad copy.

To be a strong Digital Specialist, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit, have incredible communication skills and be extremely process oriented. Candidates must also have strong written and creative skills. Digital Specialists are on track to be platform-specific leaders, with the intention to seize Area of Practice Manager opportunities at Community Boost. 

Your Day-to-Day
  • Work within the Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads platforms to consistently hit and surpass client pacing metrics and digital marketing goals.
  • Effectively prioritize your work day, crush deadlines, and produce great deliverables while managing multiple accounts.

This role will report directly to the Sales Account Executive in order to prospect, call and create new opportunities, aka talk to nonprofits that are changing the world one issue at a time! Sales Development Representatives have the opportunity to talk to hundreds of nonprofit organizations and are focused on fostering relationships through effective conversations with nonprofits about their marketing strategies, challenges and growth plans.

Successful SDRs have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated to exceed monthly quotas and KPIs. This role is measured by the ability to generate qualified client leads through quality conversations, as well as, execute powerful hand-offs to our Account Executives.

The Opportunity At A Glance

Community Boost is looking for an experienced VP of Operations, or VPO, to lead the strategy and ensure high quality execution as we look to scale, automate and drive operational excellence. Community Boost’s VPO will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency and profitability of the business as Community Boost continues to grow its impact and team. The VPO is a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting only to the CEO.

This role requires a high energy, organized, self-motivated, resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to stay ahead of the curve, juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, build collaboration between cross-functional teams and leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Opportunity At A Glance

Community Boost is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead growth strategy, manage sales operations, mentor the sales team, and ensure the company hits its quarterly sales targets.

Community Boost’s Director of Sales will lead a growing sales team that currently consists of six SDRs, three AEs, and three SAEs. Additionally, the Director of Sales will help take Community Boost’s channel partner program to the next level and directly support key business development partnerships.
