Ashley is a Senior Channel Advancement Lead, and has been on the Community Boost team for 3 years. She is an expert in channel management, partnership building, and business development, and is passionate about helping nonprofits achieve their goals. As a key member of our team, Ashley is responsible for developing and executing channel strategies that increase engagement and drive donations for our nonprofit clients.

Dezhay Caraway (He/Him)

Analytics Channel Lead

Dezhay is a Analytics Channel Lead with 4 years of experience. He specializes in digital analytics and data visualization and helps nonprofits achieve their missions by developing data-driven strategies to improve online presence, engagement, and drive donations.

Chandler Julius

Sr. Director of Operations

With more than 10 years of experience working at the intersection of design, strategy, and technology, Chandler is a multi-faceted operational lead. Leveraging her prior experiences as both a growth lead and client partner, she’s able to weave disparate services together that build towards united offerings. Her true passion lies in identifying new pathways to efficiency that put people at the core. Outside of work, Chandler is an avid volleyball player, Chicago architecture enthusiast, and improv comedy follower.

Chase Danielson

Digital Marketing Email Specialist

Chase is a Digital Marketing Email Specialist. He started email marketing working for a NAMM Retailer of the Year company in 2021 and joined the Community Boost team in 2023. He focuses on building stunning email designs, testing layouts, and managing donor journey automations.

As a skilled webinar host and virtual event organizer, Candace provides invaluable digital marketing expertise. Leading The Nonprofit Marketing Summit since 2022, she has empowered over 63,000 nonprofit professionals to scale their impact.

Leslie Cole (She/Her)

Account Supervisor

With nearly 10 years of experience in marketing strategy, Leslie works as an Account Supervisor, partnering with Account Managers for paid media planning, campaign execution and optimization, audience research, messaging development, and reporting. She is proud to work with Community Boost driving change for people all over the world, and in her free time enjoys hiking in national parks.

SVP, Client Service Experience and Impact

With more than 28 years of experience at the forefront of strategic integrated marketing, brand equity and digital marketing initiatives, Elizabeth is a seasoned Client Services Partner with a deep domain knowledge of aligning highly actionable, data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth in market. She has held positions with leading international organizations providing enterprise strategy, delivery and execution for global clients with innovative brand strategies, creative platform rollouts and user insights for go-to-market campaigns. Well versed in the ever-evolving digital landscape using the latest technology platforms for driving revenue and deepening CX for our clients.

Emily Fisher is Community Boost's Digital Supervisor of Search, with a writing background and passion for impact-driven work. Using Google Ads, she combines creativity and data analysis to help nonprofits achieve their goals through paid and Ad Grant ads.
